“According to the marriage contract, which I signed without thinking, ten years ago, I am left with nothing in the event of a divorce,” Anzhelika Agurbash complained in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda. She filed a lawsuit to invalidate the marriage contract on July 26. On Monday, September 3, the Kuntsevsky Court of Moscow recognized the marriage contract of Angelica and Nikolai Agurbash as valid. And according to the contract, everything that was acquired by the spouses during the marriage is considered their separate property. And Angelica cannot claim anything other than jewelry.

The singer does not agree with this court decision and plans to appeal it. She insists that the marriage contract was drawn up under enslaving conditions, without the participation of a notary, and contains many errors. The singer signed the document in March 2003 in an ordinary gazebo in Korolevo, near Moscow, on the territory of Nikolai Agurbash’s country house. The initiator of the marriage contract was the businessman himself. They say that his older daughters did not give rest to their young stepmother, and so that they would not think that Lika married for self-interest, they signed this document. Angelica did not keep the original contract. She received a copy in hand (by fax) only in 2008, when the first thunder struck the family.

-The registration address in the contract is not given to Anzhelika, but to Nikolai Agurbash’s ex-wife, Olga Borisovna. The document does not contain references to legal norms, the family code and articles that regulate these legal relations when concluding a marriage contract. The judge refused to conduct a handwriting examination. And he accepted the position of Nikolai Agurbash’s lawyers. They believe that the statute of limitations has expired - according to Russian law it is one year. Those. the agreement was signed in March 2003 and could be challenged no later than March 2004.

The court hearing lasted for a week. At the request of the defendant's lawyers, Nikolai Agurbash, the trial was closed. -I persuaded him today (September 3. - Author) to humanly leave me an apartment on the Krylatsky Hills. I asked him: do you really care where our son will live? He said that he already knows where Anastas will live, but where I am, he doesn’t care,” the singer confessed in court.

Agurbash often invited journalists to this apartment in Moscow on the Krylatsky Hills. And after the divorce, she changed the lock. How long she will stay in it will be decided by the ex-husband.

In addition to the marriage contract, Angelica also challenged the composition of her ex-husband’s property in court. She wanted to divide the art objects (paintings and sculptures) that she and her husband acquired during their marriage. And jewelry - they say, my husband’s ones are much more expensive.

“In one couple of hours, he gave only 250-300 thousand euros,” the singer’s lawyer Lyudmila Aivar said in court.

The singer could not name the exact amount of her ex-husband’s wealth, and therefore petitioned the court to provide a certificate with information about the sausage company’s assets. They say that during his marriage, Nikolai acquired all the property mainly for his company. And since Angelica worked there for almost ten years, from 2002 to November 2011, and was in the leading roles (first as commercial director, and then as vice president of the company), she also wants to get her part. “It turns out that we cannot provide evidence to the court, not because we don’t want to, but because we cannot physically do it,” the singer’s lawyer Lyudmila Aivar admitted to Komsomolskaya Pravda. “We know that he has hectares of land in different regions of Russia. That he has a factory. That he purchased apartments for about a dozen, not in his own name. There are cars, houses, cash and more.

Nikolai Agurbash’s lawyer responded to this with the language of documents about the singer’s property and checks with figures that the businessman spent all these years on Angelica. He explained that Nikolai Agurbash spent more than 50 million Russian rubles (more than one and a half million dollars) on the preparation of last year’s concert in the Kremlin alone! But the most interesting thing: it turned out that Anzhelika Agurbash was not leaving the businessman empty-handed. “Anastas has already decided what he wants to become - a graphic designer. He draws well and is interested in new trends and nanotechnologies. I see how much of a self-sufficient young man he is; he will soon go to college. It is unclear, however, how the entrance exams will be held and when. My son was nervous, so I called a family council and reassured everyone: they say, we will act according to the circumstances. Anastas also loves the Japanese language, dreams of studying in Japan, but is now slightly reconsidering her position towards Europe. He speaks excellent English, so there are no boundaries for him at all,” Angelica smiled.

The singer did not shy away from answering about quarrels with children, emphasizing that they are still living people.

“No one has definitely canceled adolescence. Nowadays we sometimes argue with the younger one, but everything is within the limits, we don’t cross the boundaries. In my family, everyone loves each other and comes to the rescue. Now Nikita is helping me a lot with Anastas. He has a good influence on his brother, who listens to him. The guys are in touch every day, sometimes they just sit on the computer for hours and play. Or his brother is testing him in mathematics, helping him prepare for the OGE. But it was cancelled. It’s a pity, of course, that this year’s schoolchildren were left without a last bell, graduation, we won’t even have a school album,” Agurbash concluded.

Naturally, Angelica’s personal life did not go unnoticed by the press all these years. The first time Lika got married was in her native Belarus to Nikolai Linev.
