However, the artist, in an interview with Sobesednik.ru, denied the information that this was the merit of Elman Pashayev.

“They are now trying to throw mud at Elman Pashayev because he allegedly also had some business with the “scandalous artist” Panin,” complains 42-year-old Alexey. - But it is not so. He did not handle my case from the very beginning, but joined later.

Yes, he took part in our process and made his contribution, for which I am very grateful to him, but he was not my main lawyer. The main work was done by a human rights activist from the small provincial town of Sudogda. So it wasn’t me who advised Pashayev to Efremov.

I learned that Elman would defend him from his journalist friend. Pashayev is a good lawyer, but he is a bit of an artist. It is very important for him to show himself!

However, in spite of everything, Panin really hopes that Elman will be able to prove the innocence of Mikhail Efremov in the accident that resulted in the death of 57-year-old courier Sergei Zakharov.

“ I would really like it to turn out that Misha was not driving ,” continues Panin. – I have seen investigations by various bloggers on the Internet, which very convincingly explain why Efremov may not be guilty. I personally cannot say that Misha is my best friend. But I have never seen him drive drunk after a feast!
