Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a blender, add salt and dilute with 60 ml of carrot juice.
Beet smoothie
For the cocktail you need: medium-sized beets, cucumber, several stalks of celery and one bell pepper.
Place everything in a blender bowl and begin grinding until the mass is homogeneous.
Cocktail “Summer Mood”
Stock up on 2-3 cherry tomatoes, one medium-sized cucumber, and half a stalk of celery.
Chop the vegetables, add dill to the mixture, half a clove of garlic passed through a press and a little fermented milk drink (kefir).

Green detox smoothie
Wash the celery, apple and cucumber, remove the peel and cut into cubes.

In particularly difficult cases, “heavy artillery” may be required at first. Her methods are not designed to last longer than six months (with the exception of taking vitamin C).
- Take a course of probiotics for one to two months. They will supply the intestines with the necessary bacteria that will help digestion.
- Take vitamin C in a dosage (for adults over 18 years of age) of 500 mg to 2 g per day.
- Before going to bed, you can take medications with magnesium in a dosage (also for adults over 18 years old) of 300 mg per day.
- In the morning on an empty stomach, drink a glass of water at room temperature with one tablespoon of chia seeds. This product has appeared on our market recently, but deserves special attention. If you cannot find this particular type of honey, you can substitute any other honey or molasses made from natural fruits or grains.
Tomato smoothie for weight loss
Tomatoes are known for being rich in potassium. And this element perfectly normalizes the functioning of the heart muscle, and also stimulates the production of gastric juice. The phytoncides contained in tomato juice speed up the process of food digestion. Tomato juice is also rich in organic acids, which activate metabolism, which means they help you lose weight.
You need to take:
- half a grapefruit;
- a glass of freshly squeezed tomato juice;
- a bunch of parsley;
- 1 glass of water;
- 1 tbsp. sweet red pepper.
Grind the pulp of the exotic fruit and herbs in a blender. Then mix this mass with tomato juice and pepper. Mix everything well again. The smoothie is ready to be consumed.
