  • Tomato sauce, tomato paste or ketchup - 4-5 tbsp. spoons
  • Sour cream - 4-5 tbsp. spoons
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Flour - for breading
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Water - 1-1.5 glasses
  • Mashed potatoes, for garnish (optional)

Preparation - 40 minutes (your 20 minutes):

  • How to cook meatballs with gravy (without rice): Finely chop the onion and add to the minced meat. I put quite a lot of onions, which makes the minced meat super juicy and flavorful. Do the same with garlic.
  • Don’t forget to season the resulting mass well with salt and pepper. Add a fresh egg. Mix everything well.
  • In a well-heated frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil, fry the meatballs, first rolling them in flour.
  • Prepare the sauce for the meatballs. To do this, mix tomato sauce or ketchup with sour cream (or mayonnaise). In any case, the gravy turns out just right. Add a glass of boiled water and stir until smooth.
  • Pour the well-fried meatballs with the prepared tomato-sour cream sauce and simmer the meatballs in the sauce for about 10-15 minutes.

An easy to prepare, satisfying and tasty family lunch or dinner - potato casserole with minced meat.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • Potatoes - 700 g
  • Minced pork and beef - 400 g
  • Hard cheese - 80 g
  • Green onions - 3-4 pcs. (taste)
  • Eggs - 1-2 pcs.
  • Sour cream (optional) - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil or butter - for greasing the pan

Preparation - 1 hour 15 minutes (your 15 minutes):

  • To prepare a casserole of potatoes and minced meat, prepare the ingredients according to the list. Peel the potatoes, wash them together with the onions, and dry them.
  • Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater; squeeze out the resulting liquid.
  • Place half the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  • Place minced meat on potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chop the green onions.
  • Sprinkle the minced meat with onions.
  • Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Mix the cheese with the second half of the grated potatoes, add an egg (or two). Stir, add a little pepper and salt.
  • If desired, you can add sour cream, this will only improve the taste of the finished potato casserole with meat.
  • Place the potatoes and cheese on the layer of minced meat and smooth with a spoon.
  • Cook the potato and minced meat casserole in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Serve the finished potato casserole with minced meat immediately after cooking. To add spiciness, you can serve with mustard. Bon appetit!

Minced meat schnitzel

Unlike the classic schnitzel, this recipe uses minced meat - pork and beef.
In terms of taste, minced schnitzel is not inferior to the “real” one. Ingredients:

  • Mixed minced meat (pork and beef) - 300 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Breadcrumbs - 5 tbsp. spoons
  • Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Khmeli-suneli seasoning - to taste

Preparation:

  • We prepare the stated ingredients for minced schnitzel. My minced meat is represented by two types of meat: pork and beef in equal proportions.
  • Salt the mixed minced meat. We also add khmeli-suneli seasoning. You can use regular ground black pepper.
  • Next, you need to not only mix the minced meat with spices, but beat it. Throw the minced meat onto the table or into a bowl several times until its consistency becomes smooth.
  • Divide the minced meat into four equal pieces.
  • We turn each piece of meat into a flat round patty. I recommend covering the cutting board with cling film or a regular bag so that the minced meat does not stick to the surface.
  • Beat the eggs with a fork. Dip each prepared minced schnitzel into the egg mixture.
  • Then bread the schnitzel in breadcrumbs.
  • Transfer the schnitzels to a heated frying pan with oil.
  • Fry minced schnitzels like cutlets over moderate heat until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve schnitzels with mashed potatoes or other side dish. Bon appetit!

Pasta with minced meat

Pasta with minced meat is a great option for a complete, hearty lunch or dinner.
How to cook pasta with minced meat:

1. Add pasta to boiling salted water. Cook according to package instructions.

2. While the pasta is cooking, peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Peel and chop the garlic.

3. Pour oil into a preheated frying pan and fry the onion over medium heat until lightly golden. At the end, add the garlic and fry for another 30 seconds.

4. Move the fried onion to the very edge of the pan, increase the heat, add the minced meat and fry it, breaking up the lumps. The fire should be high, since the minced meat releases water, and the minced meat should not be stewed, but fried. The whole process will take about 5 minutes.

5. Add salt, pepper, tomato paste and a little water to the minced meat. Mix everything, close the lid and simmer for a few minutes.

6. Drain the water from the pasta, rinse and add to the minced meat. Mix pasta with minced meat.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • Pasta – 200 g
  • Minced meat (beef, pork) - 250 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Lazy dumplings

These dumplings can be considered, perhaps, the most “lazy”.
No kneading, no modeling. Once - and the “lazy” version of dumplings is already on the plate. I came across this version of dumplings on the Internet under the name “Kuban”. I can’t say with certainty that the title is true. Perhaps such dumplings are really prepared in Kuban, but most often shtrumbs are hidden in Kuban cuisine under the name “lazy dumplings”.

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat - 200 g
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Water – 110 ml
  • Wheat flour - 200 g
  • Salt - ½ tsp. in dough + for cooking
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Bay leaf - 2-3 pcs.
  • Butter
  • Sour cream
  • Fresh greens

Preparation:

  • Preparing ingredients for lazy dumplings.
  • Break the eggs into a cup, pour in water, add salt and beat well with a whisk or regular fork.
  • Then add flour and mix thoroughly. We get a thick dough.
  • Place minced meat into this dough. Pepper to taste.
  • And mix well again. The mass should be quite thick.
  • Place about 2 liters of water in a saucepan. Add some salt, throw in the bay leaves and bring the liquid to a boil.
  • Using a teaspoon, scoop the meat dough into boiling water. The future dumplings immediately sink down, so we try to stir periodically so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • Boil the “lazy” dumplings over a gentle simmer for about 8-10 minutes from the moment they rise to the surface. Remove the finished dumplings with a slotted spoon, allowing all excess liquid to drain off.
  • Place lazy dumplings in portions on plates and serve immediately. To prevent the dumplings from sticking together, you can grease them with butter.
  • As an addition, pour sour cream over the “lazy” dumplings and sprinkle with herbs. As you can see, everything is fast, simple and tasty. Bon appetit!

“Hedgehogs” in the oven with sauce

A very simple and easy recipe for delicious meat balls))
1. Turn on the oven (heat to 200 degrees). Add rice to the minced meat and carefully combine these ingredients. Then add all the spices.

2. Grease the mold with vegetable oil. Form the mixture into balls of the same size and place in a baking dish.

3. Mix water with sour cream and mayonnaise. Pour our “hedgehogs” on top. Place them in the oven for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.

I’ve been wanting to make sorcerers for a long time, but not fried ones.
And today the dream came true. I liked it, you can even serve it as a holiday dish. It's easy to prepare and quite quick. 1. Boil potatoes in their skins.

2. Fry the minced meat with onions until cooked, but do not fry.

3. Cool the potatoes and grate them while warm on a coarse grater.

4. Beat 2 eggs into the potatoes and add salt.

5. Add flour to the potatoes and knead the dough.

6. Divide the dough into koloboks, the size of a child’s fist, and turn each kolobok into a flat cake.

7. Place a tablespoon of prepared minced meat on a potato cake and form an oval-shaped pie.

8. Place the sorcerers in boiling water so that they are not crowded. Cook for about 5-7 minutes.

9. Take it out with a slotted spoon and place it on a dish, pouring fried onions in butter on top. I cut the onion into half rings.

The dish is common in the Balkans and the Middle East. In Bulgaria, moussaka is a casserole of minced meat and potatoes, with filling. Let's learn how to prepare moussaka. Ingredients (for 6 servings):

  • Minced meat - 750 g
  • Onions - 2 heads
  • Potatoes - 500-700 g
  • Tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.
  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - 60 g
  • Wheat flour - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Ground black pepper - 0.25 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Ground red pepper - on the tip of a knife (to taste)
  • Salt - 1 tbsp. spoon (to taste)

Preparation - 1 hour 50 minutes (your 30 minutes):

  • The ingredients for the recipe are in front of you.
  • Peel the onion, wash it, chop it with a knife.
  • Wash the tomatoes, cut into cubes.
  • Heat a frying pan, pour 30 g of oil. Add the onion and lightly fry in some oil, stirring, over medium heat (about 2 minutes).
  • Then add the minced meat.
  • Next, pepper, salt and finely chopped tomatoes.
  • Mix everything and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, over low heat.
  • Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into slices (about 0.5 cm thick).
  • Turn on the oven. Fry the potatoes in the remaining oil, stirring occasionally, over medium heat (about 10-15 minutes), add salt.
  • Grease the mold with oil. Place half of the minced meat in a greased form.
  • And then - potatoes.
  • Then the remaining minced meat. Pour in half a glass of water.
  • Place the pan in the oven on the middle shelf and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
  • Dry the flour in a frying pan, cool slightly.
  • Beat the egg.
  • Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Stirring continuously, dilute the flour with milk and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Cool the mixture, add a beaten egg, a little salt, some grated cheese, and mix.
  • Pour the resulting mixture over the potatoes and meat.
  • Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
  • Place the pan in the oven on the middle rack and bake until golden brown (about 10 minutes).
  • Moussaka with potatoes is ready.

Zrazy with egg and green onions

Zrazy with egg and green onions is a great alternative to the usual homemade cutlets.
Zrazy, like cutlets, can be prepared from pork, beef, chicken, as well as mixed minced meat.

Ingredients (for 8 servings):

  • Meat (here from chicken thighs) - 500 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • White bread - 2-3 slices
  • Cream (or milk) - 100 ml
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Green onions - 2-3 pcs.
  • Breadcrumbs - 4 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - for frying

Preparation - 50 minutes (your 30 minutes):

  • Ingredients for making zraz with egg and green onions.
  • How to prepare zrazy with egg and green onions: Heat the cream until hot and soak the white bread in it.
  • Peel the onions and cut into quarters.
  • Pass the meat with soaked bread and onions through a meat grinder. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Knead the minced meat well and beat it in a bowl or on the table. If you beat the minced meat well, it will acquire the necessary viscosity and there will be no need to add an egg to it. Cover the bowl of minced meat with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Cut the green onion feathers into thin rings.
  • Fry the onion a little in hot oil to make it softer and more aromatic.
  • Boil the eggs, peel and cut into cubes.
  • Mix green onions and eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
  • To form zrazy, it is convenient to use cling film. Spread cling film on a cutting board. Use a tablespoon to scoop out a portion of minced meat. Place the flatbread of minced meat on film and place the filling on top.
  • Lift the edges of the film and form immediately like a pie.
  • You can do all this simply with your hands, moistening them with water, but with film it turns out more carefully and even faster.
  • Bread the zrazy in breadcrumbs.
  • Fry in well-heated vegetable oil on both sides.
  • Bring the fried zrazy to readiness under the lid over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  • Zrazy with egg and green onions are ready. Bon appetit!

It's simple. Ingredients (for 6 servings):

  • Minced pork and beef - 600 g
  • Medium potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.

  • Flour - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Green onion - 1 bunch
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) - 30 g

Preparation - 20 min:

  • Wash and chop the green onions.
  • Peel the potatoes, wash them and grate them on a fine grater.
  • Beat the chicken eggs into the bowl with the minced meat.

  • Mix well. Add mayonnaise and flour. Mix well.
  • Heat the frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Drop the cutlets into the hot oil with a tablespoon. Fry over medium heat until golden brown, 3-4 minutes.
  • Then turn over and fry on the other side in the same way.
  • Fry all the cutlets like this. Oil can be added as needed.

Delicious homemade samsa

Recipe for making delicious homemade samsa from puff pastry.
The dough is prepared very quickly and turns out incredibly tasty, but the minced meat filling is beyond praise! I am happy to share my samsa recipe! Ingredients (for 12 servings):

For the test:

  • Wheat flour - 0.5 kg
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Water – 250 ml
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.

For filling:

  • Minced meat - 0.6 kg
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Salt - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper - to taste

Preparation - 2 hours:

  • How to cook samsa at home: Knead the dough as for dumplings. To do this, add salted water to the sifted flour. Knead the dough well and let it rest for at least half an hour.
  • While the dough is resting, start preparing the filling. To do this, add salt, pepper and finely chopped onion to the minced meat.
  • Roll out the rested dough thinly and brush its surface with melted butter, roll the dough into a sausage. For convenience, cut the sausage into several parts and roll each part a little (without fanaticism). Place the sausages in the freezer for an hour.
  • After an hour, take out the dough, cut it into equal parts and roll out flat cakes for the future samsa. If you did everything correctly, then a pattern will be visible on the surface of the cakes. To make homemade samosa made from puff pastry beautiful and appetizing, place the flatbreads with the pattern down.
  • Place the minced meat filling on each flatbread and carefully seal the ends.
  • Place the samsa on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, coat the samsa with egg and put it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

“Nests” of spaghetti with minced meat, tomatoes and cheese (in the oven)

Spaghetti “nests” with minced meat, tomatoes and cheese, baked in the oven, are an unusual pasta dish.
If you like pasta with meat, then be sure to try making spaghetti using this recipe. Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti – 400 g
  • Minced meat (chicken or pork) - 250 g
  • Tomato – 100 g
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Onion - 50 g
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • Ketchup - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Fresh parsley (for serving) - to taste
  • Water - 50-70 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste

Preparation:

  • Prepare food. I took minced chicken, it cooks very quickly in the oven.
  • For the sauce, mix ketchup and mayonnaise.
  • Peel the onion, finely chop and add to the minced meat.
  • Salt and pepper the minced meat with onions. Mix.
  • Boil about 2 liters of water in a saucepan, add 2 teaspoons of salt (or to taste). Fan the spaghetti into the pan. Wait 20 seconds and lower the spaghetti completely into the water. Cook spaghetti over medium heat for 5-6 minutes until half cooked. The spaghetti will finish cooking in the oven. Drain the water from the spaghetti, leaving about 50-70 ml.
  • Grease a baking dish (I have a glass one) with vegetable oil. Place the spaghetti in the form of nests. It is convenient to twist the spaghetti onto a fork and place it in the pan, making a well in the middle.
  • Lubricate the spaghetti “nests” with ketchup and mayonnaise sauce. Place minced meat and onions into the recesses of the “nests”.
  • Cut the tomato into slices and place on top of each spaghetti “nest” on top of the minced meat.
  • Grate the cheese on a fine grater and spread over the tomatoes. Pour the remaining spaghetti water into the mold with “nests” of spaghetti with minced meat, tomatoes and cheese - this will make the dish more juicy, and the pasta will finish cooking during baking. Place the pan in a hot oven (I put the glass pan in a cold oven).
  • Bake spaghetti “nests” with minced chicken, tomatoes and cheese for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. If minced pork, increase cooking time to 35 minutes.
  • Serve pasta “nests” with meat, tomatoes and cheese, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley. Bon appetit!

  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes.
  • Heat half the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the potatoes until half cooked, 7-10 minutes.
  • While the potatoes are frying, peel the onions and cut into cubes. Chop the garlic with a knife.
  • In the remaining vegetable oil, fry the onions and garlic until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the minced meat to the pan with the onion and garlic, break it into small pieces with a fork or spatula and fry for about 10 minutes.
  • The meat will darken and shrink slightly in size, releasing juices.
  • Meanwhile, the potatoes are ready for the next stage of preparing the casserole.
  • Lightly salt the potatoes. Place fried minced meat with onions and garlic on top of the potatoes.
  • To fill, mix eggs, milk (or low-fat cream), add salt and black pepper.
  • Carefully pour the filling into the frying pan with potatoes and meat, turn the heat under the frying pan below medium.
  • Chop the greens and spread over the minced meat. Also spread out the pieces of butter. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the potato and minced meat casserole over low heat for about 20 minutes until the eggs are set.
  • Then let the potato casserole with meat sit for another 10 minutes. Cut the casserole into portions and place on plates.
  • Juicy potatoes, aromatic meat with herbs and an egg filling that brings everything together - simple, but incredibly tasty!

Lula kebab

Lula kebab is a homemade pork recipe.
How to cook lula kebab:

1. Chop the onion, garlic, herbs and lard well, then mix firmly together with the minced meat and spices (20 minutes).

Compact in a bowl, pour in vegetable oil to prevent the meat from drying out, and, loosely covering with a lid, place in the refrigerator overnight.

2. Preheat the oven (up to 250 degrees). Cover the baking sheet with foil.

Make a lula from minced meat. To do this, lightly flatten a small amount of minced meat in the palm of your hand in the form of an oval cake, place a skewer on the minced meat, carefully collect and press the minced meat tightly on all sides to the skewer.

3. Place the lula on a baking sheet with foil (at a distance of about 2 cm), grease each lula with vegetable oil (oil prevents the juice from escaping from the minced meat) and place in the oven. Reduce temperature to 200 degrees. Cook for about 30 minutes (I cooked in convection mode), turn once during cooking.

400 g of minced chicken, 2 thin pita bread, 2 onions, herbs, spices, salt, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp each.

Mix the minced meat with spices, chopped onions and herbs, place it on a sheet of pita bread and leave for 15 minutes. Roll the pita bread with minced meat into rolls and place them in a baking dish.

Prepare a filling of ketchup, mayonnaise, sour cream and spices with eggs and fill the rolls so that the liquid is a little higher. Bake the pie in the oven for half an hour, sprinkle with cheese and cook for another 10 minutes.

An interesting recipe for vegetable cutlets made from zucchini with potatoes and minced meat. They can be eaten with a side dish, or as an independent dish.

1. Chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Grate the potatoes onto a fine grater and place in a colander to drain excess juice. We grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and also place it in a colander for the same purpose. Then use your hands to squeeze out the unnecessary liquid. Mix the prepared ingredients and add minced meat.

2. Chop the dill and add along with eggs, spices, salt, pepper and mix.

3. Spoon the minced meat into a frying pan with heated oil, forming it slightly into a cutlet. Fry on both sides.

4. To prepare the sauce, grate the cucumber, chop the garlic and dill. Combine these ingredients with matsoni or sour cream.

6. Serve the fried, delicious cutlets with sauce.

Quick and tasty zucchini cutlets with minced meat

This is my favorite cooking method. Personally, these cutlets remind me of the taste of childhood; my grandmother always cooked them with a loaf of bread and breadcrumbs. For cooking, take dense, high-quality loaves. I love mustard ones.

You will need:
1 kg of minced chicken, 6 eggs, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 150 ml of milk, 2 slices of white bread, 30 g of cheese, 25 g of butter, 3 tbsp.
vegetable oil, spices, herbs, breadcrumbs. Preparation:

Soak the bread in milk, boil 5 hard-boiled eggs, and mix the minced meat with chopped garlic and spices. Add bread, the last egg to the minced meat, beat it and let it sit, in the meantime, finely chop the boiled eggs, fresh herbs, onions and grated cheese for the filling. Form zrazy with wet hands, pinch with filling and fry.

Minced chicken - what can you cook?

Chicken is a universal product, and it can be prepared in a wide variety of ways, both whole and in parts - there are a lot of dishes from wings, drumsticks, breasts, thighs and offal! And even more dishes can be made from minced chicken - simple, tasty and very quick to prepare.

Chicken casserole with mushrooms

500 g minced chicken, 300 g mushrooms, 50 g hard cheese, 2 large cauliflower inflorescences, 2 onions, 1 egg and a slice of white stale bread, 2-3 tbsp. cream 10-15%, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, spices to taste, herbs, garlic, black pepper, salt.

Chop the onion very finely, break the bread and pour in the cream. Fry half the onion in oil until browned, mix with the minced meat, adding the bread squeezed out of the cream, garlic, pepper, salt, and spices to taste, until smooth, mix the minced meat until smooth and refrigerate. Boil the cauliflower until half cooked. Finely chop and fry the mushrooms with the remaining onions until the liquid has completely evaporated, season with pepper and salt. Mix with cabbage, disassembled into small florets, and some grated cheese. Take foil, tear off 4 equal pieces and fold each piece 4 times, give the foil a round shape. Place it in tea cups and grease the inside with vegetable oil. Divide the minced meat into 4 parts, roll each part into a ball, place it in foil and press it down so that it lines the bottom and walls of the mold in an even layer. Place the foil with the minced meat on a baking sheet and add the mushroom filling. Strain the cream in which the bread was soaked, beat in the egg, add sour cream and add salt. Beat, add the rest of the cheese and mix, pour the resulting mixture into the meat baskets. Bake the baskets in an oven preheated to 200ºC for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 160ºC and bake for another 10 minutes.

Homemade chicken sausages

500 g minced chicken, chicken liver and lard, 3 large eggs, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp. l. potato starch and semolina, 1.5 tsp. salt, black pepper.

Pass lard and liver through a meat grinder, mix with minced meat, beat in eggs, add semolina and starch, add pressed garlic, pepper, salt, mix until smooth, season with pepper and salt, and you can also add your favorite spices to taste. Place the prepared mass into plastic bags and form sausages, tie them with threads at the edges, place them in a saucepan, pour in water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 1.5 hours.

Chicken cutlets in dough

300 g minced chicken, 125 g yeast-free puff pastry, 1 yolk and 1 onion, spices, pepper, salt.

Mix the minced meat with sautéed finely chopped onion, spices, pepper and salt. Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into long thin strips. Form round cutlets from the minced meat with wet hands and wrap them in dough, wrapping it around the cutlet like thread around a ball. Place the “balls” on a baking sheet lined with paper, coat with beaten yolk, bake until done in an oven preheated to 180-200ºC.

Chicken-cheese puff pastry

1 kg of minced chicken, 400 g of grated hard cheese, 5 eggs, 2 onions, 6 tbsp. l. butter, 3 tbsp. l. flour and mayonnaise, dill, pepper, salt.

Mix grated cheese with mayonnaise, flour and whisked eggs. Cover the pan with parchment, lay out half of the cheese dough, level it, place in an oven preheated to 180ºC and bake until hardened. Prepare the second part of the cheese dough in the same way. Cut the cheesecakes in half crosswise to make 4 equal sheets. Finely chop the onion, fry until soft, mix with minced meat, chopped dill, pepper and salt. Line the pan with foil so that the edges hang over all sides. Place 1 cheese cake in the center, grease a third with minced meat, place the second cake on top, grease with minced meat again, etc. Do not grease the top cake with minced meat. Wrap the top of the pie with hanging foil, bake in an oven preheated to 160-170ºC for 50 minutes, remove, leave for 10-15 minutes. in foil, then remove it.

Minced chicken pancakes

400 g chicken fillet, 100 g green beans and canned corn, 2 eggs, 1 onion, 1 tsp. sugar and salt.

Finely chop the beans, mix with minced meat and corn, also adding eggs, chopped onions and spices. Form pancakes with wet hands (or you can scoop them with a spoon) and place them in a frying pan with heated oil, fry on each side for 5 minutes.

You will need:
750 g minced chicken, 100 g broccoli, 80 g tomato, 1 egg, 50 ml heavy cream, 50 g cheese, spices.
Preparation:

Mash the minced meat, finely grate the cheese, chop the vegetables, and in a separate bowl mix the cream with the egg. Combine vegetables with minced chicken, cream and cheese, put the mixture in a mold, wrap in foil and put in the oven for an hour. For golden brown crust, remove the foil after 45 minutes and be sure to cool the terrine before serving.

Knead the minced meat with salt and spices, divide into parts, form into balls, roll them in flour and make nests. Place a cherry tomato, a couple of pieces of mozzarella and chopped basil with garlic in each basket. Sprinkle herbs on top and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

How to cook minced chicken with mushrooms

From such an original base you can prepare almost any dish, from cutlets and dumplings, to lasagna and pies filling.

How to make minced chicken with mushrooms

Here’s how to make aromatic minced meat with mushrooms:

  1. First, you should prepare the vegetable frying, for which finely chopped onions (2-3 heads) and 1 finely grated carrot are fried in a frying pan until half cooked.
  2. After this, cut the peeled champignons (200-300 g) into small pieces and also send them for frying with the vegetables. Now the heat treatment must be continued for another 10-15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, grind 0.7 kg of chicken fillet in a meat grinder, and then also pass through the fried mushrooms and vegetables.
  4. We also add to the resulting mass: 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 egg, 1.5 tbsp. wheat flour, salt - ½ tbsp, paprika - 1 tsp. and black pepper powder - ½ tsp.
  5. Leave the minced meat kneaded until smooth for about 20 minutes, and then you can start sculpting culinary masterpieces.

Very often, minced chicken is considered a bit dry and therefore they try to use it less often for culinary purposes. However, by approaching the process of preparing it wisely, you can not only get magnificent tender, juicy and incredibly tasty dishes, but also lighten your diet with this dietary product.
