Natalya Andreichenko forgave her son who deprived her of a million dollars

A year ago, Natalya Andreichenko surprised fans with a statement: her beloved son, whom she gave birth to in her marriage to composer Maxim Dunaevsky, robbed her, leaving her without a livelihood. As the actress stated then, Dmitry, an employee of a Geneva bank, forged documents and withdrew from her account all the personal savings that guaranteed her a carefree old age - a whole million dollars. The daughter was jealous of her brother

Natalya Andreichenko never hid the fact that Dmitry was her favorite growing up. The actress’s son was born in Moscow in marriage to Maxim Dunaevsky. When Mary Poppins fell in love with the Hollywood star Maximilian Schell, she left Dunaevsky and took her son to America. Married to Shell, she had a daughter, Nastya. But, as Natalya admitted in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda, her most tender and reverent feelings were associated with her son. This friendship often caused jealousy in the family on the part of the daughter and husband.

Only her son, whom she trusted, had access to the account. As Andreichenko emphasized, Dmitry took advantage of his official position, forged documents and robbed her.

“My daughter said: “I know that you will never go against your beloved Mitya. But look what he did to you! If I were you, I would go to the police. If you go, I will only respect you.” “I realized that this was the only way to save him,” Andreichenko told Komsomolskaya Pravda.

Last year, the actress filed a statement with the Swiss police, and a criminal case was opened against Dmitry on suspicion of fraud. The investigation began.

Another thing is that he verbally promised her a profit, but the project failed and all the money was lost. The last court hearing took place at the end of April. The final decision has been made: Dmitry Andreichenko is innocent, he did not embezzle money from his mother. And there is no corpus delicti in his actions. Dmitry continues to work at the bank. Natalya Andreichenko expressed her intention to appeal the court's decision.

- Natalya, did you lose the trial to your son? - we asked Andreichenko.

“Nothing is finished yet, and I don’t give interviews on this topic,” Natalya said. - But I forgave Dmitry. I don't want to discuss anything now.

However, the actress’s forgiveness does not mean the end of the litigation.

“The criminal prosecution against Dmitry has been closed,” explains lawyer Jules Brayer. “But a trial in a civil case must still take place: Andreichenko filed a lawsuit against Dmitry demanding that her money be returned to her. This is no longer a criminal matter, but a civil matter, the decision on which has not yet been made. Dmitry did not commit a crime, but since, nevertheless, on his initiative, the money was withdrawn from the account, after which the actress was left without funds, the court may take this fact into account and oblige Dmitry to return the finances in whole or in part. Or the court will deny the plaintiff this claim.

As the actress noted in a conversation with Komsomolskaya Pravda, after the story with money, she became more persistent. Left without savings, Natalya was forced to find a new source of income. Mary Poppins opened a spiritual center in Mexico, where clients come from all over the world.

On May 3, Andreichenko celebrated her 60th birthday at her villa in Mexico with friends. For two years she did not speak to her son at all - they communicated only through lawyers.
