We had to feed 8-10 times a day, and on the second day it became real stress for me, for Nika, and for all the medical staff who helped Nika eat my milk at any time of the day or night! But thanks to the fact that the Jurmala doctors believed (and, in my opinion, not without reason) that the child should be kept next to the mother and that all this torment would bear fruit, we suffered and did not resort to the help of a probe! At some point, Yulia moved from Jurmala to Russia, where she encountered incompetent doctors, because of whom she temporarily lost hope of coping with the current situation. “There are also good doctors in Russia, but in my case, the doctor from Jurmala was more qualified and knowledgeable in this matter, because the same problem in the Russian hospital was described to me as terrible and dangerous. They screwed me over so much that I cried half the night and thought that my child would never get better, I blamed myself and wondered why I was doing all this!” she shared. Having gone through such a test and having the experience of nursing Veronica behind her, Julia assures that the most important thing in such a situation is to believe in yourself and in your child. Nikolaev’s wife is now trying to support women who are faced with a similar situation in life. “First of all, you need to believe in your child, feel him - and then no prematurity will be scary for you! You will cope with everything together with him and, of course, ideally with a good doctor. But if you don’t meet such a person, then your intuition, love, faith, patience and attention will help you in all premature problems! ”, Julia assures.
