Peel the onion, cut into strips and fry in a frying pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown, then place in a sieve or colander to drain excess oil. Let it cool completely.
It is better to form the salad on a wide dish, placing a glass in the middle. We will lay out the prepared components around it in the required order.
