But imagine a dish without any salt at all: you will say “not tasty,” but some people live like this and enjoy the natural taste of food, unadorned, unenhanced, uninterrupted. Experiencing food without salt is like taking off your rose-colored glasses. Try living without salt for a week. Although this will be a difficult test for you, you will be happy with the result. Your taste buds will become more sensitive and you will add much less salt during cooking than before. The less salt, the better for the body.

6. Evaluate the product as it is

Of course, it will seem too bright and concentrated, because balsamic cream is not intended to be consumed just like that, without anything. 8. Direct your attention
