You can also make yourself a youth cocktail: take a glass of clean water (you can even melt it), add 1-2 teaspoons of honey and a few drops of lemon juice. Then you can make yourself a rejuvenating porridge.

You can season the salad with a spoonful of low-fat sour cream or yogurt, or a little olive oil + a few drops of lemon juice.

Tip: a salad dressed with oil is much higher in calories than one dressed with sour cream or yogurt. But we also need oil in our diet, fats should also be present on our table every day, and there is no need to exclude them at all. Just find a balance.

If you ate a salad with butter in the morning, do without it in the evening and steam the vegetables. And, conversely, if you had sour cream in the morning, then in the evening or at lunch you can stew the vegetables with the addition of 1 tablespoon of oil. And since fats are not only found in oil, 1 tbsp. A spoon a day is enough.

In the morning you can prepare an omelette for yourself: 2 whites, 1 yolk, a little milk, tomato, bell pepper, herbs, zucchini, onion. Cooking recipe: Fry onion, zucchini, bell pepper, tomato. Beat eggs with milk. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

It is advisable if it is lean fish (tuna, mackerel) or chicken breast, without skin, without mayonnaise and similar additions.

You can afford beef less often, but only without excess fat and boiled. I do not recommend eating pork. You can add 2-3 tbsp to the meat. side dish, it can be: rice (brown), buckwheat, couscous, pearl barley, pasta (do not forget on the package it should say made from durum varieties), it is better not to use potatoes with meat, because This is a complete mismatch of products.

If you want potatoes, it is better to boil them in their skins and eat them only with vegetables. For lunch, you can allow a large portion of fresh vegetable salad. Instead of a side dish, you can take 1-2 slices of bread (made from wholemeal flour), I use Oka bread.

For lunch, you can eat a portion of soup, but vegetarian, and not with fatty meat broth. Do not mix soup with the main meal; it is better to eat it separately or for dinner. During this period, you should try to reduce portions, eat small portions, preferably 5-6 times a day. This will help you avoid overeating and starving.

Don’t skip such a meal as an afternoon snack; many people probably don’t take it into account. But in vain, because it will help you not to overeat at night and not overeat for dinner.

For an afternoon snack, you can even treat yourself a little. The main thing is not to forget about the serving size, because this is not the main meal, but just a snack. Products that you can use: it can be a glass of yogurt, a jar of cottage cheese, dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots, prunes, apples, pears), do not confuse only dried fruits and candied fruits (mainly candied pineapples, melons, apples, tangerines, etc. .), all kinds of nuts (walnuts, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts).

Try not to mix everything at once in one go and do not forget that they are all very high in calories and each has a different degree of calorie content, peanuts are less high in calories, you can also use peanut butter by spreading it in a thin layer on a small piece of bread, you can eat a couple of fruits, even let get yourself a small banana (everyone knows that it is one of the most high-calorie fruits, but do not forget about its benefits, especially since it is better than eating a piece of cake or a chocolate bar).

Dinner time. Do not rush to immediately pounce on food when you arrive home. First, do your homework. You will notice that gradually your hunger will dull and you will not have to eat five times a night. Of course, it would be better if your dinner takes place between 17.00-19.00 no later.

If you arrive home around 21.00-22.00, then my advice is to eat something more substantial than a sandwich for an afternoon snack, and at 21.00 get by with a glass of kefir, you can add 1 oatmeal cookie (the least calorie of all cookies) or 1 piece of bread, you can eat a couple of apples, well, if you are really hungry, then make yourself a portion of salad.

For those who have dinner between 17.00-19.00, they can treat themselves to fish baked in foil or boiled, without adding oil. Or any side dish of your choice: pasta (but avoid fatty sauces, better add stewed vegetables), rice, buckwheat, potatoes, in general, your choice.

Every day a new dish. And a portion of vegetable salad. Or you can put them out. Dairy products can also be an option for dinner. You can even make yourself a low-calorie casserole. Ingredients: 0.5 kg of cottage cheese (you can buy store-bought), 1 egg, a little semolina (to hold the dough together, but it should not be thick or too liquid), 150 ml. milk, citrus zest, raisins or dried apricots, vanillin.

Recipe: pour milk over semolina and let stand for half an hour. Grind the cottage cheese and egg, add zest, vanillin, dried fruits. Mix with semolina and milk.
