How much do Comedy Club residents earn per performance?

Tash Sargsyan

Tash Sargsyan's career at the Comedy Club ended in 2010. Since then, Artashes has not returned to the humorous business. Having said goodbye to the position of presenter, the former resident decided to become... a restaurateur.

To open his own establishment called TM Cafe, he needed financial support from friends and relatives.

The business began to quickly gain momentum, bringing in a stable income, so all investments quickly paid off. Tash even managed to expand: he opened the Cafe 54 establishment.

Later, Sargsyan decided to return to television. Artashes worked as a creative producer for the Match sub-holding, as the host of the “Football Night” program on NTV, and he also served as editor-in-chief of the “Total Football” magazine. Now Tash collaborates with the Match-TV channel.

Family and childhood of Marina Kravets

On May 18, 1984, in a simple Leningrad family of a mechanic and a factory accountant, a future star was born.
Her parents and two brothers doted on their youngest. A pleasant melodic voice delighted the ears of her relatives, for whom the girl organized mini-concerts. And one day, when Marina was 4 years old, her parents made a tape recording of the song “Aurora”. The record was the pride of the family until one day it was lost.

Despite her talent, Marina did not go to music school. There were no seats there. But she took vocal classes as an elective. The star still remembers the teachers and is very grateful to them and continues to communicate with them.

Marina Kravets' school years were spent in gymnasium No. 524. The brothers met the girl from school and took care of her. At school, the girl became interested in writing scripts for the school KVN team together with her friend Anna.

Duet named after Chekhov

Participants of the “Chekhov Duet” Anton Lirnik and Andrei Molochny left the project after the collapse of their creative union. Moreover, one of them stated that until the very end he did not know how it would all end. After completing their humorous activities at the Comedy Club, the comedians' fates diverged.

Andrey Molochny returned to the show as part of the new project “Appetizing Dumplings”. In 2020, he starred in the comedy “Zomboyashchik.” Almost nothing is known about what Andrey is doing now. The famous comedian in the recent past spends time surrounded by his family, occasionally updating his Instagram with archival photos.

Anton Lirnik turned out to be more successful than his former colleague. In 2020, he continued his work as a member of the jury of the Ukrainian program “League of Laughter”, and later became the host of the “Weekend Show” on the STS channel.

Lirnik opened a business. He develops his own routes, introducing everyone to unknown corners of Ukraine. Lirnik also takes part in the production “A Man in Great Demand”; he appears on stage together with ex-members of the KVN team “Uyezdny Gorod”.

Uncle Vitya and the project “Laughter without Rules”

The magnificent participant did not stop at one performance; his next stage was the “Laughter without Rules” project. The comedian appeared on the big stage wearing glasses and a checkered shirt. He immediately aroused great sympathy among the girls who sat on the jury. He presented each performance on this project in the form of a dialogue with the judges. When he saw that Ksenia Borodina was sitting in this place, he unobtrusively asked her about the show “House 2” and about the choice of shoes.

Despite the fact that Uncle Vitya at that time did not behave very culturedly and was a little embittered, the audience still reacted cheerfully to his every joke.

This artist did not ignore the other members of the jury. He also pointed out the fact that they had not achieved anything in life and their problem areas. The character tried with all his appearance to show that he was a grandfather

. He walked slowly across the stage and spoke in a voice characteristic of an elderly man. The judges willingly entered into dialogue with him and said response phrases to his dialogue. Of course, everyone understood that this was, first of all, a humorous show, and since the audience was laughing, then Uncle Vitya had a completely good performance. It does not matter by what means he achieved this success. It is for this reason that the jury members gave him the highest score.

Tair Mamedov

Tahir Mamedov tried to catch luck by the tail by migrating to America. However, his savings ran out faster than the artist managed to find a decent job.

Fortune nevertheless smiled on Mamedov: he managed to open a business - a selfie museum - and meet his beloved girl. The couple has 2 children. Since 2010, Tahir has held the position of creative producer at Mastiff Production.

Alexander Nezlobin

Another ex-resident of the Comedy Club who is gradually revealing his hidden talents to the public is Alexander Nezlobin. The comedian harmoniously joined the media world.

He played himself in the TV series “Niceness”, worked as a screenwriter in tandem with Sergei Svetlakov, and directed a comedy film. And in 2020 I switched to STS. There he was offered the post of producer of humorous programs.

Nezlobin is the co-host of the show “Thank God You Came.”

Alexander does not forget about stand-up, performing at concerts around the world. Performances are held in Russian and English.

Garik Martirosyan

It is he who gives the show an Armenian flavor, being constantly on the air of the program. This is a person who confirms the saying that if he is talented, he is talented in everything.

One can only envy his education, erudition, resourcefulness and artistry. As a child, he was distinguished by bad behavior and, probably, that’s why, for the purpose of self-education, he eventually trained to be a psychotherapist.

True, he now treats people with the help of humor, and not with the latest achievements of medical science. Although, probably, his medical education helps him communicate on stage with the United Sexy Boys group. At least he can diagnose each of its participants.

Look at their live, although it cannot be said that it is casual, live communication, selecting one of the programs in HD quality on our website to make sure of this.

But Garik’s real finest hour on the show was its opening and communication with guests. This is where his artistry and talent for improvisation are revealed.

By the way, the initial part of the program has changed a lot over time. The typical Western vulgarity in conversations with club guests has been removed and the level of communication has increased significantly.

This is largely thanks to. His constant partner in this friendly skirmish is.

Pavel Volya

The “Glamorous Scumbag” was born and raised in Penza, and came from the KVN team “Valeon Dasson” and became widely known in Moscow.

By the way, he is also talented not only in humor. Pavel, nicknamed “Snowball,” plays in films and records songs. He worked as a radio DJ for a long time.

He moved to Moscow even before he became famous and received a residence permit at the Comedy Club; at first he worked here as a foreman.

By the way, he himself does not mention this in his speeches as often as the fact that he is educated as a teacher of Russian language and literature. It even becomes interesting what such a “Glamorous Scumbag” would teach children. At least their writings would definitely not be boring!

But since the airing of the first program, its popularity began to grow every day. Known for his cynical jokes (especially at the beginning of his career in Comedy), ridiculing show business figures.

This all happened while greeting guests and was said directly to their faces. That's why he became the "Glamour Scum".

Who hasn’t been forced to lie on the floor by his songs about the girl Lyuba, who became a YouTube star, about the Friday adventures of a middle manager, about the growing part of Anya Kuznetsova’s body (how lucky are all her namesakes in real life after this song).

His more than thirty songs have long been stolen into quotes. Their texts are always on the verge of what is permitted, which is why they are attractive to the listener. Their topics are always relevant, and the texts are full of humor.

In terms of compatibility, the famous bard produces. Which, apparently, he does very well, because the performances of the Comedy team are still becoming more and more popular. He also produces and participates as a director in such TV series as “Univer” and “Interns.”

Vadim Galygin

Another old shot who participated in the first episodes of the Comedy Club, after which he went into business on his own, and now began to appear on the program’s episodes again.

Who would have thought that Vadik “Rambo” was the son of a military man and was himself a senior lieutenant in the Belarusian Armed Forces.

Apparently, strict military discipline was not to his liking and he rushed to where violations of it were most welcome. He rushed forward to hazing in “Kamedi” again through KVN, in whose teams he “showed up” since military school.

He started with stand-up , where he succeeded to such an extent that his performances were recorded on mobile phones and other recording devices. Vadik Galygin at that time was associated with the word “bag”.

In his current role, he shines in scenes with, and others.

He has many bright stage images, playing which he displays an extraordinary sense of humor and artistry. His ability to improvise was amazing even during his stand-up performances.

Vadim Galygin

Former Comedy Club resident and popular showman Vadim Galygin left the project twice. Since 2020, he has gone “free.”

Vadim managed to be the host of the entertainment program “Time G” on NTV. In 2020, he created a new humorous project, “Joke Show,” and became its host.

The pilot project was launched on Odnoklassniki, from where it migrated to the REN-TV channel.

Vadim Galygin, together with Vladimir Mikulich, also founded a production company that creates content for television and Internet platforms. The company brings good income to the owners.

How much do Comedy Club residents earn and what does their income consist of?

People from KVN began their independent voyage in 2003. Within two years they deserved airtime on the channel. Popularity overtook the comedians instantly.

From the comedy show, the guys quickly created a production center. The largest deal of that time is considered to be a fee for the TNT channel in the amount of 10.2 billion rubles or $250,000,000 for 2/3 of the show’s shares.

Since then, Gazprom Media Holding owns not only the most popular comedy program in the country, but also a real business conveyor belt with the loud name Comedy Club Production.

Comedy Club business conveyor: general information

The business conveyor produces the majority of television broadcasts and series on the TNT channel. Additionally, he produces full-length films, and his employees participate in radio broadcasts. So, Comedy now is:

  • "TNT-Comedy";
  • Comedy Radio;
  • humor festivals and cooperation with foreign hotels;
  • "Comedy Club Production" has a regional network of clubs of the flagship brand "Comedy Club";
  • production of television projects;
  • concert activities of residents.

When it comes to monetization, the Comedy Club business pipeline has no equal on the Russian market.

What does the income of Comedy Club residents consist of?

At the moment, in order to understand what the income of the comedy participants consists of, it is necessary to talk about the scale of their activities.

The company's portfolio includes film and television projects totaling more than fifty! Popular Comedy artists have long been stars of their own projects or producers of individual show programs, directors and traveling showmen. All this brings high income. Additional pleasant income comes from advertising contracts, which advertising agencies inundate artists with.

Let's talk about numbers.

Comedy Club Production acquired in 2010 a 74% stake in the company, which at that time owned the Interns and Univer . In the same year, the total turnover of Comedy Club Production reached $136,000,000.

The production center's revenue, according to published data, in 2013 was slightly more 90 000 000 $.

Revenue for the two parts of “The Best Movie” totaled $41,496,695. And showing the third part in 3D brought in almost another $10,000,000 .

“Our Russia. Eggs of Destiny” also coped with the financial task, successfully replenishing Comedy’s piggy bank by $22,212,223.

The loudest TV programs “Comedy Club Production”:

  • "Comedy Club"
  • "Laughter without rules"
  • "Our Russia"
  • "Comedy Battle"
  • "Univer. New dorm"
  • "Sashatanya"
  • "Stand Up"
  • "Interns"
  • “Bearded man. To understand and to forgive"
  • "Once Upon a Time in Russia"
  • "Where is the logic?"
  • "Don't sleep!"
  • "Dancing"

Updated Comedy format and new searches for income

The capitalization of entertainment content on TV, which is a record for the Russian market, is very successful.

This is due to the fact that the participants and creators of the show constantly experimented with programs and launched new projects.

Now the guys are trying to adapt to the changing market and plan to change the format from 40-minute broadcasts to short-term comedy videos. And they shift their attention from TV to the Internet.

This policy was voiced to Forbes magazine by one of the founders of the SSR, Janibekyan, head of the Gazprom-Media Entertainment Television subholding (since 2015) and general director of the TNT channel (since 2016).

The format for comedians is new and, accordingly, there are new tasks. Namely, put portions of humor in videos lasting three minutes! I wonder how this will affect the income of the company and its residents.

The expected financial success of this project depends not only on high-quality cuisine and a cost-effective menu, but also on the recognition of a highly rated brand.

The Comedy industry has existed for more than 10 years. The more popular members become, the faster their income grows. Well, this, in turn, motivates artists to create new show programs, which undoubtedly pleases the audience. Humor, in our time, is an expensive hobby and a highly paid profession.

Comedy Club residents and their salaries

Founded in 2005, the show quickly gained a multi-million audience in our country. And by 2010 they had grown to become a major production center, whose shares were bought by the TNT channel. Now the show is the property of the TV channel.

Most of the television time is occupied by programs from Comedy Club Production, for example:

  • "Univer";
  • "Interns";
  • "Where is the logic?";
  • "Improvisation";
  • "Stand up";
  • and others.

Salaries of Comedy Club residents

According to the terms of the contract, Comedy Club residents cannot disclose their fees, as this is a commercial secret. The same applies to earnings from other projects of the production center.

But, thanks to the well-known Forbes magazine, we managed to find out some data. Since most comedians have climbed the career ladder during the center's existence, salaries have increased significantly.

Now the residents are famous TV presenters, showmen, producers, actors, etc. Their salaries total millions of dollars.

All resident incomes are floating. They depend on several factors:

  • popularity;
  • number of performances;
  • filming in films and other programs;
  • holding corporate parties and other events;
  • advertising;
  • touring activities.

How much do popular show participants get paid?

It is not possible to find out the exact amounts of income, but approximate data can be found.

Garik "Bulldog" Kharlamov

A native of Moscow, he dreamed of becoming a clown throughout his childhood. Later he played in KVN.

The peak of Kharlamov’s popularity came in 2009. According to Forbes, he earned 7 million dollars (436 million 410 thousand 100 rubles) and was on the list of the richest Russian stars. Now, his income does not exceed 2 million a year. For one corporate event, the artist asks for at least 25 thousand dollars.

He also has income from the KhB project (“Kharlamov and Batrutdinov”) and from filming.

Timur "Kashtan" Batrutdinov

A colleague of Garik Kharlamov from the days of KVN, they also perform together. Timur ranks 46th on the Forbes list. Based on the data, he earns $700 thousand per year (43 million 646 thousand).

330 rubles) is lower than everyone else, but it also has something to brag about. The comedian was a participant in season 3 of the Bachelor program. According to the terms of the project, he was paid the uncollected amounts for 3 months.

For one performance at a private party, he sets a price tag of 20 thousand dollars.

Pavel "Snowball" Volya

A single performance by an artist is estimated at $50 thousand. Since 2012, he has earned about 2 million, and in 2014 almost 3 million. Now he hosts several programs on the channel, including his own, “Improvisation.”

He also acts in films, voices cartoons and holds private parties for Russian stars. In addition, he releases his own music albums. Today Pavel Volya earns at least $2 million a year.

Income of other residents

Other participants in the show have fees that exceed the earnings of the above-mentioned individuals.

For example, Semyon Slepakov, having become the producer of the TV series “Interns” and “Univer,” receives about $3.5 million per year and is among the top wealthy Russian stars. Plus, he also performs in programs and at corporate events with his original songs. The cost of one performance is approximately $30 thousand.

Sergey Svetlakov, thanks only to filming commercials for Beeline and Sogaz, increased his financial position by $1.5 million. He created all his capital through the filming of his film “Moscow-Russia Ambulance” and participation in programs. Today he earns about $3 million a year.

Mikhail Galustyan today more often acts as an actor or co-producer of films. Forbes estimates his salary at 1.9 million per year. For one performance at a party, he asks for about 40 thousand dollars.

In addition to shows, stars earn fees from filming films and commercials. For example, after the premiere of “The Best Film,” in which Comedy residents starred, the production center enriched itself by $30 million. For subsequent parts the profit amounted to 6 million.

The most successful film is “Our Russia: Eggs of Destiny,” which recouped its production costs 11 times. Their participation in corporate events is in high demand. Now there are plans to increase income through the Internet. Producers want to attract audiences with three-minute clips rather than a whole show. Just the right time for online viewers.
