Among the debutants is the author of the metal “David 1000”, the young sculptor Mikhail Tsaturyan. His David is made using the same technology that Anish Kapoor uses to cast his metal molds.

Despite its intimacy, LA Collection'AIR required lengthy approvals from local authorities - from the shade of gravel with which the paths are sprinkled to the approval of the full list of works installed in the park. The investor's total costs for the hotel and park amounted to $40 million.

LA Collection'AIR was created over two years and will continue to develop. We are talking not only about new works, but also about an art residence in which artists from all over the world will live and work. “I want the LA Collection'Air park to become an important cultural point in Switzerland, to become one of its own for the Swiss, and not just an attraction for tourists. The main goal is the creative transformation of space,” says Alexander Lebedev.
