Ingredients:
- 4 eggplants
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 potato tubers
- 2 tomatoes

- 150ml broth

How to cook:
Boil rice in salted water. Cut the poultry fillet into small cubes, finely chop the onion and garlic. Place the meat in a pan with heated oil (2 tbsp), fry, remove from the pan. Put garlic and onions in it, fry, add chopped tomatoes, curry powder, simmer for 5 minutes, pour in the broth, simmer for another 3 minutes, add fried poultry fillet, simmer for another 5 minutes. Add sweet chili sauce to the curry, add salt, pepper and curry to taste. Serve with rice.
Shrimp curry
Ingredients:
- 450g peeled shrimp
- 250g zucchini
- 175ml heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp. margarine/butter
- 2 tsp each finely chopped ginger and curry powder
- 0.5 tsp each ground coriander and cumin
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- salt.
How to cook:
Melt 1 tbsp in a saucepan over medium heat. butter, add chopped garlic, ginger, curry, coriander and cumin, simmer for a minute, pour in the cream and add ½ tsp. salt, increase heat, boil for 5 minutes until thickened. Finely chop the zucchini, melt another tablespoon of butter in a frying pan, add the zucchini and simmer for 3 minutes until browned, add shrimp to it, add 0.5 tsp. salt, pepper, simmer for 2 minutes, stirring.
Place the shrimp and zucchini in a pan, sprinkle with cilantro and stir. Serve this curry over hot boiled rice.
Curry rice with vegetables
To prepare this dish you will need the following ingredients:
- rice (long grain is best) – ½ kg;
- spice mixture “Curry” - 20 g;
- ground turmeric – 15 g;
- salt to taste, 6 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- sweet pepper (preferably red to brighten the dish) – 2 fruits;
- 1 medium sized onion;
- sweet corn kernels (canned) – 1 can;
- mixture of fresh herbs (parsley/dill) – 1 bunch;
- 3 tbsp. purified boiling water.
Let's start cooking:
- Place the rice grains in a colander and rinse thoroughly with water.
- Heat the frying pan and place the washed cereal into it.
- Remembering to stir regularly, heat the grains until the moisture disappears and a slight rustling sound appears.
- Sprinkle the roasted rice with seasonings and pour in boiling water.
- Cook the cereal without turning down the heat or covering it with a lid until the moisture evaporates.
- Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into small cubes.
- Remove the core and seeds from the pepper and chop it into small cubes.
- Season a suitable saucepan with oil and fry the crumbled ingredients until soft.
- We wash the greens and chop them finely.
- Add stewed vegetables and canned corn kernels to the pan with rice, stir and fry everything together for a few minutes.

- 4 apples

- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp. spoon curry powder

- 200 ml water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
How to cook:
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into cubes. Chop the onion and garlic. Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add onion, garlic, curry and cumin. - 1 chopped onion
- 1 green chili, chopped, seeds and membranes removed

Preparing the dish is very simple:
- First, cut the onion and apple into small pieces and place them in the blender bowl. The ingredients are thoroughly crushed.
- The resulting mass is mixed with cream and brought to a boil over low heat.
- In a separate frying pan, the main spice and flour are fried in butter, after 2 minutes water is added, and the mixture is cooked until thickened.
- Sugar, salt and pepper are added to the resulting mass. Roasting – 60 seconds.
- The cream mixture is added. The sauce should simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
