The presenter admits that the first two weeks of the diet were very difficult for her. Especially considering that at first she did not receive support from her loved ones (or rather, from her daughter), because... I tried to feed her the same steamed dishes that I cooked for myself. In order to avoid constant outbursts of indignation, rations had to be divided. Yes, it takes a lot more time to prepare food, but beauty, as they say, requires sacrifice.

Second: an integrated approach to losing weight gives a much better and faster effect than the one that many people prefer, i.e. just stop eating.

Especially for the presenter, taking into account her weight, height, age, body characteristics, medical indications and taste preferences, the Queen developed a nutritional plan, which in general terms looks like this:

— Every day you need to drink 2-2.5 liters of still (!) water. Moreover, this should be done before meals (1 glass) and in the intervals between them. Drinking during meals or immediately after is prohibited.

— As for the above-mentioned meals during the day, you need to eat little and often. Optimally – five times a day, while you only need to steam meat and fish.

— And of course, the well-known law: don’t have dinner late! Or rather, after 18.00. If the feeling of hunger is very difficult to overcome, including with the help of water, then you can drink a glass of low-fat kefir.

- Diet. Carbonated drinks and alcohol are primarily excluded from it. Naturally, Rose also had to deny herself sweets and bread.

But in order for the body to receive all the balanced microelements it needs, the presenter ate in the style of a mono-diet: two days - protein food, two days - carbohydrate food. Plus low-fat fermented milk products.

The highlight of the Syabitov diet was fasting days on... chocolate. She consumed dark chocolate, known for its beneficial properties, according to a special regimen, once a week.

As already mentioned, Rose has never been an ardent sports fan. But the well-known “horror stories” about the deplorable state the skin can become as a result of rapid weight loss became an incentive for her.

The presenter still did not dare to go to the gym, but dance fitness three times a week became her real salvation. Excellent physical activity and a good mood, she claims, are now guaranteed.

Having lost weight from 75 to 60 kg and completely changed her image, the country's main matchmaker is not going to stop there. Her plans are to lose another 5 kg, get a facelift and tidy up the veins in her legs. Attention from young men and slight envy from young women serve as excellent motivation for Syabitova to achieve all these goals.
