Victoria Bonya: — Quarantine “helped” me get better — while I was in self-isolation, I worked little and ate a lot. There were no constant flights around the world and changes in time zones. Thanks to the correct regime, it was possible to “accumulate” a couple of kilograms in the right places. I also noticed that when I start actively jogging uphill, I gain muscle mass and, accordingly, weight. Working with weights in the gym also helps to achieve good shape. I manage to maintain the desired weight: I am still at home, eating 3 times a day. But I think as soon as I return to my usual work schedule, I’ll start to lose weight - that’s how my body works.

— Did your new hobby of cooking also contribute to your weight gain? You recently shared on Instagram that you learned to cook. Have you learned the basics yourself?
— Indeed, during self-isolation I became interested in cooking in a new way: I began to be more creative in the kitchen. I go to restaurants very often, try different dishes, and now I have time to cook them at home. And I became so good at it that I even stopped ordering anything. Now that I get food delivered to my home from good establishments, I notice that it doesn’t taste as good to me anymore.

— Do you eat any foods or do you limit yourself to something?
— I can eat absolutely everything. But, for example, I don’t consume dairy products, because I simply don’t like them. Of course, I bake pancakes with regular milk, but I prefer pasta with cream sauce with coconut cream. I guess I don’t have any more restrictions on products.
— Victoria, you can be called a fitness guru! You do so much and already organize master classes for fans. Would you like to go deeper into sports and become a coach?
— Now I am actively developing a direction related to facial care. My master classes are dedicated to face yoga and face building. Yes, I constantly engage in different types of sports activities, I can show and share exercises, but I won’t say that today I am such a powerful trainer to teach someone. But as for the face, yes, I can call myself a guru in this matter. If, for example, your chin has sagged, the contour has disappeared or your eyelids are drooping, there is no need to rush to the cosmetologist’s office to undergo procedures, surgeries and injections. All these problems can be solved with the help of special exercises.

Stepan Menshchikov - a man from the distant past
that Victoria had a romantic relationship with Stepan Menshchikov , because Bonya took part in the famous project when she was not even thirty. “I didn’t develop anything specifically for Alex, but only helped him find among many breathing practices the one he liked. In our case, this is a technique known throughout the world - Wim Hof breathing. Alex and I began to breathe together every day, and I believe this is what helped him in the process of recovery from his illness (energetically). By the way, I also became interested in this breathing practice - I have been doing it for 5 months, and at the same time I am studying other areas. Now I know even more exercises that have different effects on the body. You can perform a simple test: take a stopwatch and start breathing as you usually do. Count one inhalation and exhalation as one and see how many such units you get per minute. If it’s around 15–22, this is a clear indicator that your body is under stress. You must definitely pay attention to this and choose the appropriate breathing exercises.
— As far as I know, Alex adheres to a gluten-free diet and is teaching your daughter Angelina to it. Do you share his position?
— When Angelina spends time with her dad, she has one diet. With me it’s a completely different method of nutrition, without strict restrictions. Of course, I won’t allow her to eat fast food all the time, and she doesn’t have such a habit.

- Rather objective. I can’t call myself strict, but if I need to be persistent, I do it. I am against permissiveness and spoiling.
